My approach is a holistic and integrated one which recognises the importance of both body and mind processes. We are all born with the capacity to live satisfying lives, but through our lifetime of relationships we learn to modify ourselves to fit in with the demands of others. We can lose touch with how we feel and what is important to us.
Working together, we can gain greater insight and understanding of your experience, exploring your situation and what it means for you. Through this dialogue new possibilities can emerge, increasing your awareness of different choices you could make in your life and relationships.

Our initial 30 minute consultation will give you the chance to meet me and to see whether my approach is right for you, and will help me to understand what you want to get out of therapy. Above all, it is important that you choose someone with whom you feel comfortable enough to work. Because this is important to me, I do not charge for this first consultation.
If you decide that working with me will be right for you, appointments after this will usually be weekly at a regular time.
